Help:applying to US universities

Hello all,
I'm a foriegn trained dentist. I scored 84% in pII which I took in Sept, 2007, and 75% in
PI which I took in May 2006. I'm also waiting for my Toefl scores. Do you think there is a chance for me to apply to
US universities, consdiering that my university score was 60% and my experince is twenty years. And if I have a chance,
could you please tell me what to do after this step, and how can I get information about interview and application forms?
I have been trying to get my Canadian liscence for three years, but I'm very dissapointed as it seems that there is no chance for
me here.

Hi: I think that the first step would be retaking Part I and trying to get above 85... Your part II is good and you have good experience , I think you have good chances after you retake... Good luck.
