If you did the presentation, you can list it. However, I think you need to be honest about your participation in the project. Simply state what you did in that month, and that you presented the project.

I listed it under the tab "Publications" --> "Oral presentations" Then, I listed the title of the conference. There's no place for me to indicate my involvement in the project, but I did list all the people that were involved in the project (there's about 7 total)

In medical school, it was a big achievement to have been invited ... but now I fear that program directors will think I'm trying to mislead them.

What to do now since there's no place for me to indicate my role?

List it as a research experience also, and then write what your role was.
