i am doing prelim content review for my mcat prep, and so far i've been using the kaplan content review books and even revisiting my old text books for organic chemistry and physics. i really like the kaplan bio book, but for the other subjects, i feel that my textbooks do a better job.

but today, i came across this website, which is supposedly puplished by aamc and it contains thorough content review notes for all four subjects. i wonder if anyone has used these notes and how effective are they? can they effectively substitute my textbooks?

here's the link

it's mcat-review.org, and it contains a great amount of content review approved by aamc...seems like a great and free resource
