help! can i take NDBE 1& 2 in my country?

im a dental student from the philippines interested in postgrad in the US. they said its better to take part 1 & 2. can i take it in my country through computer or i have to go to the united states. Or go to nearby country like malaysia, hongkong, australia.... etc

And if i do have to go, can i take them with only a week apart.

I answer this question to the best of my knowledge-
You can take NBDE only in the US or Canada and Pueto Rico(I think) paper based or on the computer.There must be atleast 3 months between part 1 and part 2.
