Why am I having so much trouble with this incredibly simple chemistry problem? Can someone help me out? Apparently the answer is A.

Thanks!

limiting reagent is H2, 14.2 Liters. (or 14.2/22.4 mols)
since the ratio between H2 and HI is 1:2, HI will have to twice as much as 14.2, which is 28.4L....

Can the ans be wrong?

Yeah that is what I got too. The answer must be wrong unless there is some trick to the problem I didnt pick up on.
