Help critique my personal statement!

This is my first time applying and I'm not sure if I did the PS right ...

I did mine like a story ... kind of focused on motivation but not enough on qualification. And I am at ~4700 characters so I need to cut something out but don't know what. Any help is appreciated.

Pardon me, I do not mean to sound pessimistic however, I would suggest that you do not send your PS to other people unless they are Dentists or already in Dental school. Just a word of advice. Look for a user called doc toothache he is a Dentist, he gave a wonderful critique of mine. Good Luck
