Sorry, but a 19AA and TS shows a disconnect between your GPA and DAT scores. With that kind of GPA, I'm pretty sure most schools will like to see a 21+
You have a perfect gpa and a slightly above average DAT score. If you applied with these scores, you're going to get into dental schools. I would retake only because a 21+ could put you up for consideration for some nice scholarships, and based on your academic record I think a 21 is more than feasible.

With a solid one or two months of studying, I'm sure you can raise your scores. Yes, you can get into a school with those scores, but wouldn't you rather have your pick? It will be well worth it to retake, get your pick of schools and open the door to scholarships that could be worth tens of thousands of dollars
