Quiz time for 'veteran' radiologists ... The X-Ray unit portrayed in the TV series 'The Incredible Hulk' ... is it a real unit, and if so, what exact unit is it? I can't find any information on the web about it's origins, so I assume it's a fictional device. I would be happy to be stand corrected!
It appears to be authentic because of the Collimator unit and other features, but researching the history of x-ray technology has revealed nothing about a model fitting this description! Also, it seems quite advanced for the time (mid-1970s), having a motorized c-arm and adjustable seat.
