hi friends,
i am an img from india.
doing housemanship, gave GRE yesterday and scored 1260.
is it a decent score for admission in epi as i scored 750 in quant and 510 in verb.
please suggest me the universities where i have good chances of admission and scholarship.
i have done community services here in india and studied community medicine as a major plus i have a reco from community medicine professor.

I'd say that you'll definitely be fine for epi, especially with that great quant score. Just apply to whatever schools/cities interest you.

Yes, I agree you would be good for epi. In choosing schools to apply, determine what you are interested in in regards to epi (e.g. cancer, ID, chronic disease, perinatal, environmental, occupational, etc.).
Check out the website www.asph.org. I graduated with a MSPH in the Epi program (my focus is ID epi) from University of Alabama at Birmingham. Great opportunity for me but first determine what area in Epi are you interested in.

thanks epidoc and music....
epidoc actually i wanna apply to albama for epidemiology studies in cancer, what u think are my chances.
