I figured it out. YOu have to correct all the audit errors. So, like for me, I had all my letters of rec part blank because I'm just going to have one compositie letter sent. Thus, I had to go through every line and write "N/a" so the computer realized I saw those questions.
Duke wants you to list the individual recommendations that are a part of that committee letter. I know it's weird but that's what it says to do under the "help" section, and I called Duke to make sure. So even if you have a committee letter, you have to list the recommenders within that committee letter separately.
