Help, How do i Write a LOR?

Maybe someone else has been put in the same situation.

the professor that I have TA ed for multiple times asked me to write a "good letter for student X because you know them better than me and ill edit and sign it."

So, I really want to write a nice ( more importantly effective) letter. ( im going through this myself and know how much the proccess sucks) So, 1) what is helpful/nessesary to include and
2) how long should it be

Any input would be appreciated
