Help! I need Feedback on my chances?!

Hi guys,
I would like some feedback. I know my MCAT scores and GPA is mediocre that is why I am concentrating my efforts in applying to Ross and St. George's and all of the D.O. programs...do I have a shot?

UG-- 3.31 B.S. Biology
UG Sci--3.30
M.P.H with a concentration in Epi and Stats: 3.8

MCAT 25M 😕 [9V 7P 9B]

You probably need to retake the MCAT to be competitive for allo.
