Pharmacology is complex. Most pharmacy schools simplify it. I would focus on your class notes and what your instructor emphasizes.

I would recommend the Lippincott's Pharmacology book to learn the basis of clinical pharmacology and the Kaplan lectures videos if your more of an audio learner.
