Hello, my name is Julie, and I am a PGY-1 pharmacy resident conducting a quality improvement project focused on understanding patient and provider perspectives on access to emergency contraception.
This is a short and anonymous survey that takes approximately 3-5 minutes to complete. Your responses will directly contribute to the development of a publicly available emergency contraception resource guide aimed at improving access to clear, accurate information.
