HELP: Incomplete vs. D/F grades?

Why couldn't you come in to take the final exam? If you have a legitimate reason you should try to contact her/the dean so they can arrange a make-up exam for you.

An incomplete, I think, is calculated as an F for AMCAS.

I mean if I put the IN grade, adcoms will ask during the interview, but if I got C-/D/F, adcoms will also ask during the interview...
So should i submit it with IN or C-/D/F?

You shouldn't put a grade you think you will get. If you have to submit right now, I would say submit the IN and then file for an Academic Change Request once you get your grade changed.

So how will adcoms think when they see the Incomplete grate? Will they screen me out before the secondaries?
I emailed but she didn't reply until now, so I think I have to wait until the school starts

You won't be screened out just for having an incomplete. Just focus on sorting things out with your professor. If you end up with a D or F in the course, you should plan to retake. So I would be begging and pleading to take that exam!
