Help me Help my mom...

Mom my has terrible (throbbing pain)headaches 24/7. No-one knows the reason/causes of them...from MRI to CAt scans to blood tests various visits to acupuncture and chiropractor to dentists and neurologists. She doesnt have insurance either-- so... yesss it costs a lot of money!!! No meds (herbal incl.) seemed to help. Regular pills makes her tongue burn or ..it's reddish at the tip with white...? They said it's not migraine nor cluster... It starts from the roots of the teeth and goes up through the right side of her face and up through her nose, to the forehead, and up to the center of the head...constantly.

There's an iphone app that I could look through some of the med. conditions and I found something on MUSCLE CONTRACTION TENSION HEADACHE. hmm.. So I was wondering if that's it and would like to know more info..What specialist do I need to go? She has been complaining of going to dentists to have her teeth checked because it hurts a lot recently down there... but.. will dentists do that or do they specialized in cleaning??

I have been desperate to find SOMETHING to help my poor mother, but I am so helpless yet still on the verge of being hopeful and hopeless :'(

We dont have insurance nor much money (noone works at home)

I'm sorry, but SDN isn't the appropriate place for medical advice. Your mother's healthcare professionals (like the neurologist you mentioned and any primary care doc) are really the only people who can tell you what the next steps should be.
