Help me in considering a Nocturnist position

hey guys. I am need a help with a J1 waiver nocturnist position. Pays 347000 (1900 for a shift)plus upto 10000k productivity bonus, 30000-50000 sign on bonus, relocation bonus . It has two nocturnist at night. Flexible 7/7 schedule with occasional swing shift alternating (4PM-4AM), Open ICU but no procedures required(Intensivist are available through locums and telemedicine )need to do codes/RRS, no cross coverage needed. Salary could be better. Nocturnists at my shop got 385k/yr straight (no productivity)..Was told that average admission is 10. It's 7/7 (7p-7a) with no swing shifts.
