So my exam is on friday!! in 4 daysss!!

ok i just took NBME 7 and got a 226 and im devastated

my stats have been:

NBME 13 - 242

NBME 12 - 247

NBME 11 - 250

Uworld Sim 1 - 238 (before all i did any NBMEs and b4 i reviewed all of behavioral and epi)

Uworld finished at - 71%

Target: 260!

is 7 a good predictor?!? idk how i could do so badly when my scores have been considerably improving and getting closer to my target.

plzzzzz shed some light on this poor freaked out MS2!!

Looks like the 226 is the outlier compared to your other NBME's. Was there a specific topic you did really poorly on with the NBME 7? If I were you I would definitely take a few more NBME's before the actual exam just so that I would fell more confident of where my actual USMLE score should end up being.

I haven't taken my test yet, but that is my 2 cents.

i took 7 last year and did not feel like it was a good representation of the real exam. as i remember it was really immuno heavy? i took that one because i heard that it was notoriously the most difficult. it undershot me by over 20. dont let one practice exam get you down after such good results. you've been working hard, doing well, and your goal is within reach. honestly...i wouldnt worry about it.
