I would rank your top 3 as you have them. UTSW is obviously famous. Rutgers RWJ hospital is a major academic center for central NJ; new brunswick is a cool city and its about 45 minutes from NYC by convenient train. NYU Brooklyn is not as famous as the Langone program, but it is in a great location.
