Your low non clinical volunteering hours will limit your chances for interview. St. Louis and Loyola are looking for applicants with many hundreds of hours of non clinical volunteering. You also have many state public schools on your list that admit few non residents with no connection to the state. I suggest these schools with your stats:
University of Illinois College of Medicine
"Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin
University of Medicine & Science"
Southern Illinois University School of Medicine
Albany Medical College
Drexel University College of Medicine
Eastern Virginia Medical School
Frank H. Netter MD School of Medicine at Quinnipiac University
George Washington University School of Medicine & Health Sciences
Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine
Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University

Nova Southeastern University Dr. Kiran C. Patel College of Allopathic Medicine
Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine
Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine
Tulane University School of Medicine
University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine
Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine
Wake Forest University School of Medicine
Wayne State University School of Medicine
Western Michigan University Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine
TCU
Belmont
Jefferson
New York Medical College
Vermont
For DO schools you could try CCOM, MU-COM, DMU-COM, KCU-COM and ATSU-KCOM

60 hours nonclinical volunteering
Describe in more detail what you are doing. You should be forewarned that applying with below 150 hours of service orientation activities will put your application in jeopardy of getting screened out of most medical schools.
