Help me! Should I resend my CV to LORs??

I just sent the CV last week to two of my LORs.
But this Tuesday, my research PI told me that I will have a publication coming up this summer and told me to update my CV with publication in it (this will make my CV a lot more strong).

Should I email my LOR writers again with the updated CV even though I just emailed them the CV last week?
