Help me understand these graphs. Confusing

Ok on a different thread I asked about ranking specialties. Someone gave me this website and it is full of graphs and charts. I was looking at this forsaken thing and could not understand a thing it was saying or showing. It may just be me being ******ed. Can someone plz check it out and spell it out for me like a child? I get it now I just had to sit here and actually read everything. I was trying to read everything like I knew what things meant instead of taking my time and reading it. I know it's huge!!!!
