Help me with my sister ill can not find the cause

My sister, she has a rash eczema rash. I took her to many hospitals and did many tests, but still could not find the cause. I posted this post looking forward to the help of the community. I will upload photos for everyone to see. Help me with my pain that I'm suffering so hard. I live in Vietnam, hope people help. I'm not good at English and can not find a dermatologist.
