Help me with two dentpin numbers?

Hi,

I have 8 digit numbers for my dentpin number for AADSAS website.
But in my unofficial score report, I have dentpin number, which is APR09W42057.
I guess because of these two different numbering I don't see DAT score in my application website.
Is there anyone who experienced a similar case? or Any suggestion about what should I do? I already e-mail about this to the service center and haven't gotten any response yet..

Delete your "dentpin" from your post (although I don't think that is a dentpin).
