Are there any online (free/paid) resource for the retired Step 1 question bank?

It seems that for our next theme endocrine system we should be doing retired Step 1 question to prepare for exam.

If not step1 question bank then any other online/book resource with question and answers to test my knowledge?

Reading the material gives me feeling that I know everything but doing actual questions brings out the reality :-(

Most people use question banks such as Kaplan, USMLERx, or UWorld that are designed to prepare you for the boards and be similar to Step 1 questions. The NBME website also has practice exams you can buy that are actual retired Step 1 questions.

I wouldn’t use retired questions.

I would use a question bank where you are given questions with explanations of answers.

USMLERx is the way to go IMO. You are way too early for UWorld and you’ll waste the best qbank when you don’t really need it yet if you start with UWorld now.

Rx or Kaplan are good, but depending on your school’s curriculum realize that you may not have learned the “second year stuff” yet.
