I did the first part of my step 3 testing today. I had a ball point pen in my pocket and when i was signing in in one of the breaks , the proctor said i cant take any pen inside and made a report. This was after the 3rd block.It was dead accidental(lying in my shirt pocket) and she said she didnt report anything about my using it for any irregular puprpose. Quite worried about how my result is affected.
Anyone please advise.

Sounds pretty innocuous to me - I doubt your score will be affected. Since it was a procedural violation (since you are told to empty your pockets), there should be some sort of notation that it was this rather than some concerns about cheating.
