to what address of ADA do we need to send the ece score report? and what are the list of documents required that we need to send to ece for gpa evaluation. iam a dentist from india recently landed in usa. can anyone help me out?

First,contact www.ece.org and get ur transcript evaluated course by course then ask them to send 1 copy to ada. You can get addres of national board testing center at www.ada.org. Second, fill up the application for the part 1 , after 3 weeks call them up n get ur eligibility number, then go to www.prometric.com and select the date as u want to.

First of all ADA doesnt require a course-by-course evaluation report! They only want the general report for the eligibility of National Boards Examinations! Course-by-course is only needed once you are applying to dental schools!...

That is true but he still can have the course by course for both ada and the dental school in the future...which in my opinion is better as it gonna save some money (one evaluation instead of two)
