Help : practice bedside ABO compatibility test in Europe

I'm a little french medical student and I realise a work about the bedside ABO compatibility test before transfusion.

I'm looking for different practices in Europe and if his realisation is a obligation by the law of each country. Could you help me and answer like that, please ?

(Example) France, practice : yes, law : yes
