I'm trying to reschedule my test which is scheduled for 4 days from now to sometime in January (which is still in my eligibility period). On the website, when my confirmation info pops up in the blue box, there are 2 messages above it that say:
"This appointment cannot be rescheduled" and "This appointment cannot be cancelled."
I know you pay a fee if you cancel past 5 working days before the test date, but I thought you could still reschedule at least? Or can this only be done on the phone at this point?
