HELP - Prometric won't let me reschedule

I'm trying to reschedule my test which is scheduled for 4 days from now to sometime in January (which is still in my eligibility period). On the website, when my confirmation info pops up in the blue box, there are 2 messages above it that say:

"This appointment cannot be rescheduled" and "This appointment cannot be cancelled."

I know you pay a fee if you cancel past 5 working days before the test date, but I thought you could still reschedule at least? Or can this only be done on the phone at this point?

you have to call the 800 number to reschedule during that 5 day window... they get your credit card info over the phone

That is correct. If you are within 5-day window, you have to call in and reschedule. Also if you cancel on the day of the test, you have to wait 2 full business days to reschedule. Just FYI.
