HELP! TPR science workbook didn't come with an index??

Alright guys, I made a mistake. I start practice tests in a day or two. I bought the tpr science workbook to help out but realized now that the TPR separately tell which passages were for which topics. So I'm stuck not knowing where to find which topics.

Can any kind soul perhaps email me a list or photocopy of an index of passage topics for the 2010 edition?
