I need advice

I've been accepted to the Tufts MD/MBA program (4-year program) for some time now, but was recently accepted to the University of Illinois MD program. I'm an Illinois resident and would get in-state tuition. The difference in tuition is enormous: ~35k vs. 85k

But, I was in the Tufts MBS program so I've already taken half of Tufts' med school classes, and will be able to pass out of several of their 1st year classes. I will still, however, have to pay full tuition. Does anyone have any advice as to which school I should attend? U of I gave me until the end of the day today to decide and I can't make up my mind.

The 50k difference in tuition would be reason enough for me to select UIC over tufts.

Go for cheaper tuition... take those classes again at UIC and ace them. Nothing wrong with that from my pre-medical perspective.

If you still have to pay full tuition, then go to IL. You won't be so stressed out in the classes you've taken, and it will be a nice refresher for the boards, at less than half the cost.

Go to the University of Illinois. Is Tufts really worth $85,000 per year? That's ridiculous.

University of Illinois education varies by location. If you got the Chicago campus then i say illinois, but if you got peoria or rockford then tufts is your best bet.
