So I know we have to bring two IDs to the DAT. And I just remembered that the name has to match exactly. How strict are they about that? I am taking my DAT tomorrow and based on the emails I received from them, they only say my first and last name but all my IDs has my middle name as well (abbreviated with first initial or all spelled out). I am really nervous that they will not let me take my exam.

We'll find out tomorrow. No point of asking us.

You should be fine though. They do other precautions like taking your fingerprint and picture.

Please provide meaningful answers to questions posted.

The two IDs can be in the form of a credit card and driver license. I think I lost my passport so will be bringing in that. I don't think student IDs count but credit cards do. I would ask prometric for their specifics, I think they still might be open today or if you have a later appointment you can ask them before you leave tomorrow. Good luck.

It won't be an issue.

for some reason when the ADA transmit data over to prometric they drop middle initials or something.

my dentpin, confirmation email all have my middle initial.

prometric does not.

didn't have issue last year, didn't have issues this year.

I would worry more about huge errors. James Smith vs. John Smith.
