help w/ surgery pimp Q....

My attending wants me to tell him tomorrow (7 hours from now):

1) how to identify the antrum intraoperatively, and

2) which branch of the vagus is spared when possible in a gastric bypass.

I just wasted 25 minutes of my life fruitlessly searching the internet and surgery texts for these and I got nothing. Not going to waste any more time on this, as I have to be up to preround in 4 hours or so.

any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks.
