HELP!!! What are my chances?

Hi I am an African American female from Chicago, attends Loyola university graduating this semester Biochemisty Major GPA 3.7. MCAT 510 first time. 4 years working as a dialysis technician over 4,000 hours of direct patient care in a very underserved area. What are my chances for MD schools and what schools should I apply to??
 
Do you have a copy of the MSAR? If not buy it. It is very useful and will help you develop a great list. Obviously start with Loyola and the other Jesuit schools. How are your other ECs?

My E.C are pretty solid I think soup kitchen, National Bioethics Bowl Team, other volunteering.
 
A URM with a 3.7/31 academically can be competitive essentially anywhere

Start your school list with the schools in your state. Get MSAR. In particular see if the HBMCs and how some of the top 20 research powerhouses appeal to you. As long as there isn't significant IS bias there's a good chance most of the schools you look at in MSAR you can have a chance at
