Please guys i need help. why is option D wrong? I get why option B is correct, based on the explanation given but i thought D was true for all liquids too.

Imagine blood going through the heart. Even though the entire system is a continuous liquid volume, is blood pressure equal throughout? I think that's what they're getting at.

Thanks for the analogy mydogmolly. That makes sense.
 
Also think about depth. Fluid pressure increases with depth despite the entire system being part of the same liquid.
