Hello everybody! I'm new in the forum and this is my first post. I wanted to share this images with you and was hoping to get some opinions about this RX (no contrast) and if you ever saw anything like this I would appreciate any comment. It's from a 26 y.o female came from a rural area with abdominal cramping and discomfort and as hard to believe as it may sound that's all I was told about the patient.
I was thinking about a urachal cyst but not sure. Any thoughts? Thank in advance.

Well, you've received a much more comprehensive and relevant history than most of us ever get.

Not a urachal cyst. In the interest of education, I suspect that your patient has been given contrast and that she has a congenital abnormality. Now go!

Also, is RX supposed to be something other than a symbol for a prescription?

Colbgw2 thanks for your input. Unbelievable that in a medical forum only one reply. Hard to believe the rest had no idea.
Thank you again.

That is because this doesn't look like an educational case presentation but rather like someone asking for medical advice on the internet.

Well since I'm done with it, I kindly ask any moderator to close this thread.
