help with application please

i ve a problem with my degree certificate .
i am still doing my internship in india and will b finishing in oct ober , but the problem is i do not have my original degree certificate in hand . i ve applied to the univs with my provisional certifaicate only .
penn and new york have asked me to submit my degree certificate along with tthe aplkication .
is there any way that i could apply to these univ swith the provisional certificate as i ll b getting my degree certificate in abt 3 to 4 months from now .. wat shall i do
can any one pls help me out
am really confused n worried .

hi...

even i'll be completing in nov...i have contacted many univ n most of them need the original certificated..they have clearly e mailed that they dnt accept provisionals...
so friend...sorry..we have to apply for the next session..
only nyu and bu have the date till feb 1..so if u get by then,,,its good,,,or else..next session..
