Help with micro

I feel that micro is by far my weakest subject. I bought micro made ridiculously simple but I'm in more of a systems based curriculum and I'm finding it hard to correlate that book to what I'm learning. Are there any good micro books out there people recommend for the boards that would also be good for studying out of?

Ive said this a lot. I believe that the Lange book (Micro and Immuno by Levinson and Jawetz) is the best, most concise, source out there for the boards, as well as for classes.

Is there anything out there thats organized by system as opposed to by class?

BRS Micro is organized by organ system. It's pretty good.
