Help with moving from Philly

Since there are so many med students in Philly and a good number leave for residency, I hope this might be a good place to ask.

I'm moving to Pittsburgh for clinical rotations and will likely need to use a moving company for the first time...can anyone give some recommendations? I'm wondering how the process works - do they typically charge a flat fee for one truck to make the trip, or do they charge per amount/weight of stuff?

Any advice would be appreciated! Because of the boards I'll probably be moving just days before third year so I want it to go as smoothly as possible.
