Here's what I would do...and why:

UCSF
Stanford
Tufts
Yale
U Chicago
Northwestern
Brown

I'm from Cali, so the two California programs would go 1-2. I also think they're the two best programs on your list. And would you really want to live in Providence? No, trust me. As for the others, they're all good places, so I don't think you can go wrong. It all depends on what you're looking for...what's most improtant. Is it location or program strength? Is it size of program, resident happiness, whatever...

Good list though...good luck!
