Help with Reapp School List

I am looking for some help creating a school list for this cycle.

A little about my application:

Last year I applied to 5 MD school and 1 DO.

I applied to:
SUNY downstate
SUNY upstate
Buffalo
GW
NYITCOM
Geisinger

I had 3 MD II that turned into to post-II R and one WL. I am looking to apply to around 25-30 schools this time both MD and DO.

I am a NYS resident, URM.
My GPA is 3.29 and sGPA is 3.0. My SMP GPA is 3.8.
MCAT: 505
I had 1700 clinical hours and have added 1000+.
Clinical volunteering: around 700 hours and added 150.
Non-clinical volunteering: 250 and added around 50. (However, all these hours are virtual volunteering.)
I also have some research experience but nothing extensive and no formal shadowing.

I will definitely be obtaining some shadowing and non-clinical volunteering that I can do in person. I am also considering a MCAT retake.

Schools I am considering adding include:
Howard
Morehouse
Meharry
Albany
Drexel
Touro
Lecom

Where were your interviews at? What URM group do you identify with?

If you scribed, you can separate some hours from that into a shadowing slot on AMCAS.

IMO, you should have included the HBCU medical schools last year. You might get attention from them. You didn't include Albany???

I agree I should have. I did not last cycle but plan to this year.

See if you can do mock interviews (both MMI and traditional). Your undergrad may offer this to alumni still.
