Update..
I recently found out that I have financial aid left-over that I can use over the summer. I was thinking of taking Calc 1 and Gen Chem 1 as its offered as an 8 week course. Starting next semester, I will not be eligible for Aid for the next year or two, so this is kind of a big incentive.

This semester I am on the road to finishing with a 4.0 after taking a 20 credit load. I have suffered quite a bit mentally, and am not looking forward to doing that again while juggling a house and kids. Most of these credits were core humanities classes which I find more difficult than pre-calc because of the writing. However, next semester I will officially start my pre-med sequence and don't know how many should I take as my 4.0 is oh so precious to me. The only that is a must for me is Calc 1 as I want the material to be fresh in my head, other than that, do you guys think that Bio/Calc/Chem or Phys to be feasible. Or should I take Bio and Calc and leave the other science for next semester once I get the hang of preparing for sciences.

Bio 101- 4 cr
Chem 101/Phys 101- 4 cr
Calc 1- 3 cr
Philosophy/Art/Womens Studies.. 3-6 crs

Yes it is feasible. If you took 20hrs of anything and kept a 4.0, I'm sure you could do the same with the this course load. Whether or not your sanity will suffer I can't really say. I don't see anything wrong with just putting your toe in the water and taking Calc and 1 science to see how it works out.

If people in postbacs take bio, chem, orgo, and physics at the same time, your course load is totally feasible. It will not be easy though, by any means.

Not easy to answer. As others have said, feasible depending on your abilities and other time commitments

Are you in a rush and need to take them all at once? If not, there is no reason to overload yourself. Humanities classes vs core science classes are two totally different beasts and can't really be compared from my point of view. The hum. classes take lots of time and writing, but that is very different then studying complex scientific idea's that you need to be able to understand, memorize, and apply.

Thanks for the advice.
