Any concrete information would be helpful. Are these all DO programs? Is there a cost difference (other than the $20k over 2 years, which is fairly insignificant)?
Based on nothing else, I suppose I would choose school B because of the preferred location and in-house residency positions. The cons at the other programs seem to outweigh the small pros. Also, the pros at school C (memorizing pictures instead of learning the content) actually sound like cons.
