State of residence: Maine
Ethnicity and/or race : White
Undergraduate institution or category : Mid-tier Liberal Arts College
Clinical experience: ~100 hours shadowing in hospital settings; worked as a scribe in a rehab hospital for a semester
Research experience: 3 years, ongoing; undergraduate Neuroscience lab for 2.5 years, and now working for 2 gap years as a research assistant at a well-known hospital in Boston. No formal publications but several posters and poster presentations accepted by conferences
Other extracurricular activities: Varsity Track & Field for 4 years, was an RA for 2 years and then promoted to Head RA for senior year.
Relevant honors or awards: Phi Beta Kappa, Dean's List, 2016 Centennial Conference Scholar Athlete

I am not interested in primary care. Aside from that I am not sure what specialty is most suited for me. Every personality test I take says either surgery or radiology is a good fit. Based on all of this, I'm having a hard time figuring out my school list especially since my GPA is upper level but my MCAT is a bit lackluster in comparison.

My goal is about 15-20 schools to apply to. Any help adding or removing schools from this list is greatly appreciated!

Michigan, UNC, UConn, U Wisconsin and UMass accept few non residents with your MCAT and no connections to the state. Duke, Pittsburgh, Mayo, Emory and USC are reaches. I suggest adding these schools:

I don't see much in the way of service, and that might be an issue, especially at the schools in italics. On the other hand athlete scholars seem to be looked highly upon by Admissions deans.
