I'm a non-trad in my late 20s, looking for some guidance to create a school list for applying next year. Additionally, any advice for ways to improve my application in the next 6 months is greatly appreciated!

State of Residence: Vermont
Political science major with all pre-med courses done in a post-bacc
GPA: 4.0
MCAT: 521
Clinical volunteering: 350 hours
ER scribe: 325 hours
Shadowing: 52 hours (16 hours primary care, the rest split between oncology and orthopedics)
Research: 500 hours, and one publication likely by mid-2019
AmeriCorps VISTA: 1200 hours
