I am planning on applying to med school next year and was struggling to find target schools to apply to. I want to apply broadly but I also don't want to apply to too many reach/undershoot schools. I'd really appreciate any help on this

Graduating from Umich in 2020 and likely with a job as a research assistant or scribe during my gap year.

ORM NJ resident
cGPA: 3.87 sGPA: 3.82
MCAT: 520

350 research hours with poster presentation and coauthor on abstract accepted at a national conference (didn't present though)
450 hours clinical volunteering
120 hours nonclinical volunteering (plan on increasing during senior year)
some shadowing (less than 50 hours)
Very interested in global health opportunities.
Thanks in advance!

Gonna give you an unproductive answer: Apply wherever you want! For your stats and ECs, applying broadly means applying T20 plus state schools.
