, or any other schools that are low on OOS worth applying to or does the list I have above pretty good? THANKS!

Don't waste your money on UF or Georgia, Georgia accepts 8 OOS at 68K tuition and the same goes to UF. However, if you reside in Aiken county you'll be considered as instate in Georgia and you'll get a better chance.
