Basically, I have below average stats. My GPA is probably 0.3 below the average and my MCAT is 1 point or so below average. I've got secondaries from pretty much every school, but I'm having a tough time deciding which to complete first.

Some of my top choices, frankly, are approaching a 30MCAT average, so I want to be realistic. My ultimate goal is to become a doctor, so I'm happy anywhere. So my question is, which schools would you recommend I complete first? In other words, which are more forgiving/accepting of those with stats. on the lower side?

Thanks!

A great new DO school called Liberty University opened up.

They will probably start out with stats on the lower end.

Start chronologically--finish the secondaries you received first. After you have finished about 5, then complete the ones with the easier secondary questions and ones with the questions where you can recycle answers.

Bump! Finishing chronologically sadly for me doesn't make much sense, as some of the earliest received are for schools I believe to be very selective

Then start with the ones where you think you stand a chance.

The important thing is to build up a database of recyclable answers. It makes the process much easier.

Then you answered your own question.

Does anyone know which schools tend to be more accepting of lower-stat apps? Thanks!
