I think I may have shot myself in the foot a little bit.

I took some courses at a different university than the one I graduated from that I failed out of and stopped attending (I was 17 and dumb). I sent my transcript to AMCAS and these courses are included in my GPA, etc, but for some reason it didn't click that I would be placed on academic probation there for failing my courses. I never attended classes there again (It's been ten years) so I have never thought about it. Well, I didn't say I had any "IA's" on my AMCAS, but obviously I do. What do I do? Am I dead in the water here? I was totally not trying to hide anything, AMCAS has these transcripts and I've even written about failing these courses in some of my secondaries. I'm just worried that I'm going to get into trouble for not reporting this officially on AMCAS. Let me know what I should do. Thanks so much

Contact each school you apply to and tell them you have an IA, which was mistakenly not mentioned on your AMCAS, and see what they tell you to do. That seems like your best bet.
