How good of a peds program do you have to get into in order to get a peds fellowship ie. cardiology? And what kind of board scores do u need to get into one.

Getting a fellowship depends on your performance in residency. Any decent program should do. Little above average scores should be fine, if all other pieces fall in place in your CV.

could you tell me what constitutes a decent program? and also what board scores would be about average there?
